Business Data Backups
Every business should have a backup and recovery plan in place, do you?

When did you last backup?

Making sure your data backups are actually working can be a daunting task, based on our experience when we on-board a new client backups are either misconfigured or not running at all.

Our backup software platform runs on robust hardware to provide our clients with peace of mind knowing their backups are running successfully.

We have implemented backup monitoring for 24 hours, 7 days a weeks and 365 days a year to notify our support team of any failures or issues.

3. We can backup your entire computer hard drive in case of a catastrophic disaster
4. Server data can also be backed up

Where are the offsite backups stored?

All backup data is stored here in Sydney with a secure datacentre located in Alexandria

Can we restore files that were deleted 6 months ago?

Yes, as part of all our backup plans we setup retention settings which defines how long your backups are kept for, by default we have 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.

If you require longer than the defaults above we can absolutely customise this for your business.

Great, i’m in, what’s next?

The next step with any new client will be to discuss your backup strategy and ask some basic questions, such as:

1. What do you need to backup?
2. How long do you need to keep backups?
