Great question, data within Microsoft 365 is stored in Australia, to be more specific Microsoft have two datacenters located in:
1. Sydney
2. Melbourne
Can we share documents with our clients?
Absolutely, sharing and collaborating on documents is one of biggest benefits, gone are the days of having to email a document to a client and lose all control.
Today’s modern document sharing allows you to share a link to a doucment and specify what the recipent can access, for example:
1. Restrict the document from being downloaded
2. Restrict printing
3. Sharing links can expire after 30 days
